Duane did a fantastic, thorough job of inspecting my older home. There can be a LOT of surprises in a home of this vintage, not as cut and dry as new construction. No problem for Duane! It took him a little longer than a new house would, but that's a good thing because he left no rock unturned. I've just begun thinking about listing my home and Duane's inspection report is the road map I needed to make certain EVERYTHING's in order prior to listing.
